Traffic Ticket Center assists clients with DWI, speeding tickets, juvenile matters, criminal defense and commercial trucking violations in St. Charles County and St. Louis County. We also serve clients in Lincoln County, Franklin County, Jefferson County and Warren County.

TRAFFIC TICKETS

If you’ve received a traffic ticket, you need to understand that it can affect the cost of your insurance and your ability to drive.  In Missouri, when a driver pleads guility or is found guilty of a moving violation, points are assessed.  Your insurer equates points with more risk and will raise your premiums.  Too many points on your license can cause your license to be suspended, which can lead to even more problems.  Our firm can get your ticket amended to a non-moving violation, saving you the costs of increased premiums.  We can also save you from spending time in a court room.

DWI

Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) is a serious crime in Missouri, as it is in most states. In Missouri, a DWI is actually two cases: one case deals with your license (the administrative case) and one case deals with  the DWI charge itself (the criminal case). Your license can be suspended if you don’t act fast after being charged with DWI, or Refusal to Take a Breathalyzer. Our firm has experience and expertise to defend you in your DWI case.

CDL

Some of the traffic laws in Missouri are specific to drivers with a commercial driver’s license (CDL).  Commercial driving and vehicles are also regulated by federal law.  As we all know, we share the road every day with commercial vehicles, many of which are passing through our state.  Often drivers are from another part of the country when they receive a commercial trucking violation in Missouri.  Our firm has helped many commercial drivers and their employers dealing with commercial trucking violations in St. Charles County, St. Louis County, Franklin County, Warren County, Lincoln County and Jefferson County.

CRIMINAL DEFENSE

If you are charged with a crime, you should never try to handle the case without the assistance of an experienced attorney. Our firm represents clients charged with primarily misdemeanor cases in Missouri, including drug possession, assault / battery, trespassing, shoplifting and theft and minor in possession (MIP).  While a misdemeanor is not as serious as a felony, the collateral effects of pleading guilty to a misdemeanor can have unfortunate consequences to your ability to get or keep a job, your ability to get into a college or to some other vocational program, and your reputation in general.  You need the experience of someone who has worked both as a prosecutor and a defense attorney to get a great result in your case.
